Everything a parent wouldn’t want, yet can’t help but love in their son.

He leads a riot on traditions in the kitchen out of love for his people. They deserve to sink their teeth in some good food, end of story. Yeah, The Crazy Cousin has a little funk in him, enticing those around him to try it too, the life of the free. Yet you rarely see him alone because without people, without family and community, there’d be no one to share his crazy food ideas with.

This crazy Italian youngster has a manifesto he’s always chattering about with those with ears to listen:

1- Embrace the rebellious spirit; it’s your way or the highway.

2- Ignite your inner maverick; wild, free, and the best you can be.

3- Embrace your inner rebel; challenge the established, boldly and differently.

When a mozzarella stick turns out to have shrimp risotto inside, be glad… The Cousin likes to surprise, that’s why he bothers leading a riot in the kitchen. Just like that baby lasagna, he’s always raving about. Such an appetite-opener it had to be there to cast its shadow on the arancini balls and truffle croquettes. It’s true, he’s not one to stay put in one place (nor pay rent), still, he packs the craziest of Italian street food in his pop-up kiosks around the city.

Rules and norms and the whole shebang, we challenge that. The Crazy Cousin’s pop-up kiosks are a symbol of rebellion, creative mischief, and the tireless pursuit of the daring tastes of Italian street food. In the spirit of The Crazy Cousin, it’s you and us against the ordinary, one heck of a delicious bite at a time.
